Products Return Policy Gates of Pearl wants you to be completely happy with any products you purchase. We stand behind our products and strive to provide our clients with the best products on the market.
AllGift Certificate sales are final.
For Hair Products and Spa Products (other than skin care):
If you are not completely satisfied with your product within 7 days (and it has not been substantially used), please bring the product back to us. We will fully refund your purchase by original payment method if you bring your receipt. If you do not have your receipt, we will issue a store credit.
For CosMedix, Results RX and Obagi Products:
These products are MEDICAL GRADE and are very strong. It is crucial that you follow the esthetician or doctor’s directions EXACTLY as prescribed. If you have a problem with your prescribed regimen OR if you have ANY questions, please call us immediately at 437-0099. Someone will take care of your needs/questions the same day you call. If you have a bad reaction AND feel you cannot tolerate any or all of the products, please let us know within 3 days of purchase. If you decide to return your skin care products, you must do so within 3 days. If the products have been substantially used, we reserve the right to not issue a credit. We will fully refund your purchase by the original payment method if you bring your receipt. If you do not have the receipt, we will issue a store credit.
Cancellations 24 hours advance notice is required for spa appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows may be billed at 100%.
Party Reservations / Cancellations At the time the party reservation is confirmed, we may ask that a $100 deposit be collected via credit card. This deposit will be applied to your total bill. 72 hours advance notice is required for party cancellations or changes and deposit refunds. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours time will be billed at 100%.
Spa Attire Robes and slippers are provided for your use during your visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in. Valuable items should be left at home or the office, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Soft Voices / Quiet Minds Please speak softly throughout the spa, for others such as yourself, are relaxing during their treatment.
Health Considerations Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skin care procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.
Gratuities Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa coordinator will be happy to assist you with providing for your therapists.
Re-do's on cuts and colors If you are unhappy with your hair cut or color, please notify us within 2 days of your service. We will work with you to make it right. Notifications after 2 days beyond the date of service will be charged the full fee.
Mothers to be Please note that any heat treatments and some spa facilities are not suitable for Mother's to be. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your spa visit.
Cell Phone Policy We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted beyond our spa reception area.
Spa Information To ensure you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 10 – 15 minutes before your appointment. Paperwork from first time clients is collected at this time, and all spa guests may prepare for the spa experience. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
