I am a former client of Ben Mickler who recently moved to Houston, TX. Ben is the greatest stylist/colorist I have ever
had and I wish I could find someone even half as talented! . As a matter of fact, I just sent him an email asking him to
help me find someone in my new town that he can recommend. If you see him tell him...I am really disappointed in the 4
different stylists I've tried since I moved here last summer. I'm really not that hard to please...Ben just spoiled me! He is
so meticulous with color and he actually listens when you tell him what you have in mind. He guides but he takes the
clients wishes into consideration. I really miss him! :)

I just wanted to take time to send you a compliment on your staff, specifically Jerri and Tina. Both are SUPER to work
with, making my experience with your shop pleasant and enjoyable.
Jerri does it RIGHT, hearing what I say when I tell her what I want but also giving me her honest opinion when I ask for it.
She seems to truly enjoy her work. I am pleased to be one of her regular clients and look forward to having her help me
keep the look of middle age at bay by covering those pesky grays. I get lots of compliments on the color (once we
worked through transitioning to the new brand - Schwarzkopf).
Tina is also a jewel in your crown, as she has a joyful spirit and is one of the nicest folks I've met. She always makes me
feel welcome, and no matter how bad my day has been, she always makes me smile.
Thank you for having these two ladies. Your location is what brought me to your shop, but it is your staff that keeps me
coming back.

Just wanted to tell you that Dr. Cohn did a great job on the Juvederm - and he has a good "bedside manner" with
patients. Make sure you keep him around for my next set of injections, and I'll let people know about him. See you in a
couple week for my hair.
